When it comes to recruiting, there’s nothing more important than ensuring that your engagement, branding, and assessment processes are aligned with your organization’s access, diversity, and conversion goals. One of the first steps companies can take to meet those commitments is reviewing how recruiting is done—from diversifying where you advertise your roles to which recruitment partners are chosen.
There is no single solution for progress against DEI goals, but together with WRK and our P.R.I.D.E. method, be confident you are building an inclusive mindset and overcoming systemic challenges for talent underrepresented in your internship pipeline.
For your next internship, let’s WRK together to attract and build a diverse pipeline in support of your commitment to DEI.
With campus recruiting underway this fall, career fairs are top of mind for employers and students alike. Survey findings reinforced the idea that while career fairs can be helpful, they’re not always the most effective channel for reaching students. Instead, employers can convey critical information about their organization through websites, videos, and other digital means.
Research also shows how companies with real, actionable DEI strategies have a leg up in attracting and retaining top talent.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Corinne to lead our Networking and Relationship Building Workshops as part of the U.S. Soccer SheBelieves Internship programming. She provided our SheBelieves interns, and myself, valuable networking advice as college students wanting to enter into the professional field. Corinne kept our participants engaged, personable, and offered to help and stay connected outside of the workshop – proving once again the importance of relationship building.
I highly recommend connecting with Corinne and having her lead sessions for anyone that is looking for professional development and advice in their careers. I hope to collaborate with her again in the future!
Corinne did an amazing job talking to my internship class. She was extremely insightful in teaching us impactful networking methods and how to use them to create meaningful connections.
At RISE, Corinne was engaged as a speaker for the RISE Internship Program, taking a lead role in planning and presenting a session focused on LinkedIn, networking and leveraging the intern experience in career next steps. Corinne prepared an engaging presentation and connected effectively with the RISE intern group. She impactfully shared her own experiences and approach to networking and relationship-building while encouraging and providing tangible guidance and next steps to the group. Corinne also implemented creative pre-work and generously offered to stay connected to the intern group beyond the session. I look forward to continuing to work with Corinne and would recommend her as an effective speaker and presenter.
“Corinne has provided CAA Sports with some tremendous candidates for roles across our Brand Consulting and Golf departments. The ease of working with Corinne and utilize the WRK platform has enabled our group to find BIPOC talent efficiently and bring on our latest new hire. Thanks Corinne! We look forward to working with the team very soon.”
Let’s do the work to change the workforce.
