Finding your first opportunity in sports may not start with your favorite team or the sports you grew up playing and watching.  Enhance your early career journey as a PGA WORKS Fellow, gaining meaningful experience and skills in marketing, communications and PR, fundraising, tournament operations, youth sports, and more.

The PGA WORKS Fellowship is a one-year, paid immersion in a PGA Section’s Foundation operations. This entry-level employment experience offers a taste of what a career in the golf industry can provide.
